I voted yesterday. I got there and there was about 30 people in front of me, and they had 5 machines i waited in like for nearly 2 hours. I thought to myself this is exactly who i want running my healthcare and the stock market.

I just voted. It went fast. I think some people would be waiting on better weather, its sprinkling a little and a little chilly

about 5:45. We're technically LaVergne residents by like 450ft, so we voted at the LV Civic Center.

It's kinda funny. When we decided on the house, we thought it was still in Smyrna. Our realtor drove us out here, and all we saw was the street name and house number... didn't really notice the "Welcome to Lavergne" sign just before our street! We spend all our time (and money) in Smyrna, so I feel like a Smyrna resident. I also have my business in Smyrna and most of my clients are in Smyrna as well.

I'm going today!!!!! I had to go to take someone to the doctor yesterday but I am going to make sure I'm going today even if I have to stand in a long line.

I went and picked up my new M&P15 and then went to vote....:leaving:

In the past whenever I have voted in Anderson Co. we always had nice touch screen computers in the booths, but when I walked in they handed me a paper ballot that I had to black in the box next to my choice and then my ballot was inserted into a computer that read it. Anyone else notice a change like this?

Have not voted yet.

This is the first time in my life I will actually be able to walk into my voting precint location, and cast my vote in person. I figure I may as well save it for "the day".

My wife and I voted yesterday in Williamson County. We waited in line about 20 minutes. Had touch screens and actually voting took only a couple of minutes.

I went on Wednesday and Thursday here in Chattanooga. There were lines for miles.

And I can't remember who I was going to vote for anyway!

My wife and I went after work last night here in Germantown, Shelby County.

A medium line out into the hallway, but not out the building.

It moved super fast. We were in and out of the place in under 10 minutes, tops.

We voted this morning. Got in line about 45 mins before the polls opened and by the time 8am rolled around, the line was stretched clear around the building.

Voted on Wednesday @ Williamson County. Walked right in - voted - left. Pretty much awesome considering I stood in a 3 hour line until nearly 10:00pm last election.
