Is this another back door to their agenda?

I don't think that this will fly because it will make gun ownership unaffordable for a majority of the population. What I would expect the left to try would be to force homeowners insurance to cover gun injury liability as with dog bites, falling down, ect. That would be all bad.

I spoke with my State Farm Agent and she told me that my Renters liability insurance covered me shooting an intruder or defending my self while at home and that she does not see any type of fire arms policies coming down any time soon as the insurance industry has no intentions of getting tied up in any 2nd Amendment Issues between to unhappy indites that cannot settle a dispute that has been ragging for years and is very far away from a settlement for either side. My agent also has an HCP and she says she never leaves home unarmed.................

Just read in Texas they are trying to make gun shows go away by legalizing alcohol at gun shows. When it becomes law the rules governing it would make gun shows obsolete because no vendor is going to attend a show with these rules.

The rules are that all guns, including vendors, on the premises must be disabled and not readily convertible for use. They also would not allow live ammunition or let buyers take possession of their weapons at these events.

So you would pay for your gun then have to wait to take possession of it. And ammunition sales is a big part of gun shows.

Personally I think it is an attempt at some liberals to make gun shows go away. They say it is being fueled by venues that cannot legally hold gun shows because they sell alcohol but in the end no one would attend a gun show at one of these venues anyways.

Not sure if the rules would be applied to all gun shows, even ones that do not sell alcohol. That is I wonder if all shows would have to follow the rules even if they chose not to sell alcohol.
