Based on the number of customers who seem to keep Franklin Gun Shop in business, people in that area don't seem to mind throwing money out the window.

I think it will boil down to convenience verses having to drive to On-Target, Joelton or Guns & Leather range and the amount of range time you need for a session. That being said, I do not plan to shoot at Uselton's. Even people I know that are gun enthusiasts are unaware of Uselton's shenanigans.

Regarding the Franklin Gun Shop, granted that if you are a bargin hunter you can find cheaper prices at other locations. I do like the FGS selection and working with Mike Hassler who is very knowledgable and very low pressure sales. However, Jerry Hassler is very sales oriented.

FGS will deal on price if you talk to them about prices you have seen elsewhere or in my case, I just said what can we do to lower the price? The answer I got was to pay in cash and they would reduce the price to X. Sold!

Regading OHGC, I hope they can find another location within short driving distance. That goal is going to get harder-and-harder to find outdoor ranges with the increase subdivision building in Williamson county.

Maybe look for property next to a busy and industrial area (no subdivisions) like Tennessee Target Clay Complex.
