cardboard IDPA targets in east tn??

Does anybody know of a shop near johnson city/kingsport that carries the IDPA cardboard silhouette targets? I know I can get them online but I'm needing them a little quicker than that.

No one that I know of. Depending on how bad you need them, you could show up at the IDPA match tomorrow at TAC2. The owner there might sell you some.

I have never seen them in a store. You might have to go online to get them.

There is a range in Bristol & one in Greenville that shoot IDPA & should have targets they don't claim to have them for sale but I bet they would sell you a few

Gun Rack in Kingsport had them last time I was in there. They are going to open an indoor range soon and I would bet they still have them.

When my wife was preparing to get her HCP, I discovered that the place giving the class used IDPA targets for the shooting test. I Googled IDPA Target Dimensions and there are several images with all of the dimensions. I made a template from a piece of poster board then traced it onto scrap cardboard and made my own.

 

For her, she just had to put a hole in the paper to count. You may want a more official one, but if the DIY route is OK for you, look them up.

I usually order targets on line or get a few of the used ones after a match.  The bad part about buying targets online for the average person is that shipping is as much as the targets.
