Most stupid phone call i ever received........

from a blocked number, a woman calls me, tells me shes with the NRA, and Wayne Lapierre wants to know if I think Obama is against second amendment rights...REALLY???????????????

I told her id answer only if she believed every member of the nra should know shes getting paid to call gun owners and ask stupid questions at the NRA's expense..........she hung up, just when i was getting started........

My father had a call on his landline awhile back and the caller ID said it was from his own phone number. Those liberals are sly little critters.

I doubt it was a spoof call, I made the woman repeat natl rifle assn twice. Pretext ing has illegal aspects that have come to board over the past couple of years ... I just couldn't believe the call

My guess is it was someone from one of the Obama camps doing the survey and had nothing to do with the NRA-IRL fishing to try and find out what folks are really thinking!!!  But then I could be wrong. I get calls from crazy numbers all the time and if the number is not inn my phones phone book I don't answer it and let voice mail get it. Funny they want to talk to me but never leave a voice mail............... :shrug: :shrug: :shrug:

Usually I don't answer any private caller. But today I was in a good mood and was ready to say: oh man I got the blood cleaned up,both bodies are wrapped, when will you be here????

My father in law got phone scammed today , he just called me a while ago and had me look up the number that called him. It was a collection agency that he doesn't owe a dime. They acted like his bank , he gave them all kinds of info , I wish I could hang these f's like a old towel from a tree branch and beat the phone out of them ....

I am thinking the same thing. A series of leading questions and then a solicitation for funds to "fight Obama"!

It could have been real.  Most of my direct mailings from the 2nd Amendment Foundation come with some stupid "ballot" asking if I support their actions in court to protect 2nd Amendment freedoms.  I would have thought my lifetime membership would answer that, but I guess not.

 

Two bucks says you hadn't flustered her scripted lines, there would have been a hard ask to pitch in some money.
