Craftsman who can do decorative stock carving?

I am looking for a craftsman who can do decorative stock carving.

I purchased a Ruger 10/22 CRR for my wife, and shortly thereafter the stock near the handgrip picked up a non-cosmetic divot. I purchased another stock from Ruger, but now I have a perfectly functional stock with a divot in it.

I know that a lot of decorative leatherwork is done to hide the blemishes in leather, and I would like to do the same with this stock.

I'm thinking she's really into observing birds, and as she is petite (4ft 10in), and really appreciates hummingbirds, that I would love to have the stock decoratively carved with hummingbirds or some such, hiding the blemish in the stock and making it a pretty thing.

Who can point me towards a craftsman, preferably a Tennessean, who could do such work? Pictures of stock carving would be appreciated.
