That's a nice paint job but unfortunately it doesn't fit into the guidelines for participating in the contest. Maybe start another thread to just show off everyone's pumpkins, even those not in the contest.

I'm cranking the Johnny Cash, and my girlfriend and I are sipping a few brews (Shiner Bock for me, Blue Moon for her), and working on a few pumpkins.

I suspect my pumpkin will be either hideous or awesome. NO in between.

FINALLY finished. I don't know if it's just the beverages I was enjoying while doing this or not, but I'm pleased w/ my finished work. I suppose you'll be the judge.

First off, my "tools":

Thanks, I was pretty impressed with how it turned out myself, as 1/2 way through, I was thinking "wow, this is going to look like poo"... and the beer was definitely the most important tool.. and most plentiful...

I am going to extend the deadline for submissions to Midnight tonight (10/29/08) so that those who forgot to include a night-time shot can submit one. This also gives a few of you who were thinking that the deadline was midnight tonight a chance to get your pumpkin squared away and submitted.
