Nothing more ephemeral than a single federal judge's decision. Didn't even take a higher level one to put it on hold until appeal.

Isn't it sickening that our nation's capital city is one of the most restrictive in terms of our second protected right of the people? This is fantastic. If it holds, I expect to see a wave of strike-downs across the nation.

 

Makes perfect sense to me............given they are the one's the 2nd amendment is there for in the 1st place.
