ATHENS, Tenn. (WVLT) -- Police are asking for the community's help in identifying a man connected to a recent crime.

They say the man took a Children's Miracle Network donation container from the Athens Walmart on July 5.

They say he used a stolen dolly to get it into his truck.

If you know who he is, you're asked to call 423-744-2739.

Why does rural ETn seem to be suddenly overrun with these types in the last few years?  I guess meth is a major contributor.  

 

When I was growing up, there were troublemakers, but everyone knew who they were.  Maybe I was just naive, growing up in a small town.
