It's a bit of a drive for you but if you happen to come through or close to Murfreesboro, Outpost Armory had at least a couple different flavors of 35Rem about a week ago.

It's the curse of the older gun. I search out 7mm mauser, .300 savage, .38 S&W, and .250-3000  like Diogenes searching for an honest man. (with often the same result.) Reloading is the best solution.

A single stage kit setup for 35 Remington will quickly pay for itself. It's very difficult to find loaded 35 Rem as most manufacturers only do seasonal runs for it. Hornady still makes it, but doesn't list it as seasonal despite never being in stock.

i figured it was a seasonal cartridge ...... time to save up some cash for ammo when deer season hits

tango, I saw on another site, that Hornaday will start makin the 35's again Aug. So it shouldn't be long before you should be seeing it.

I load my own so its not a problem, and I just pickeed up a mold so it will even be a little easier from here on out.

Good luck in your search. Luv my 35's.

As I'm new to the 44 mag, I'd like to hear what loads others have had good success with as well.

I wasn't aware that 35rem and 44 mag shared load data.
