It's a copy and paste of a youtube link about 20 seconds long, it loads for me okay.

It loads for me too..it's basically just a 12 second clip of them passing and acknowledging one another as one enters and the other exits the general store

Yea, just kind of a joke. Actually the few episodes Festus and Chester were in they liked each other. One episode though Festus held his SSA on Chester to break his buddy he knew was innocent of murder out of jail, he put Chester in the cell but Chester didn't get mad about it because it was proven later that Festus's friend was innocent.
