"ATF has taken significant steps to reduce the number of pending NFA applications. As a result, the number of pending NFA applications has been reduced by 25%. Consequently, the processing times of certain NFA applications has also been reduced by as much as 30 days. ATF will continue to take aggressive steps to reduce the number of pending applications and processing times." tydu4e9a.jpg

I thought the system was down from on or about April 4th and didn't come back up until 24 June.  How were you able to e-file a Form 1 during that time?

I had a Form 1 that I had started but not submitted in February. It was saved on eForms and let me submit. Just lucky I guess.

There are reports over on ARF of people getting E-file form 1's back in 30-40 days  :stunned: â€¦. A handful actually

I bought two suppressors from a local shop and they said they were efiling. I gave him pdf's of all docs, but he said he had to mail a check and a copy of forms. I thought it was strange then called the ATF about status and they said it was paper filed. Make sure your shop knows what an Efile is or it could cost you an extra 6 months.
