DUI on the driver's part?  After he stopped it, he should've pulled the driver out and politely woke him up with closed fisted hugs.

Parsons was placed under arrest and charged with driving under the influence, three counts of hit and run of unattended property, one count of felony hit and run of attended property, and one summons for failure to provide proof of liability insurance.

So its a felony if someone is in the car? Do they have to be injured?

Glad your friend jumped in and stopped him. thumbsup.gif Edited by DaveTN

They are turning everything into a felony in some capacity.  Back door gun control.  Make all crimes felonious and no one can own a gun.  Brilliant!
