A friend of mine that I told TGO about recently joined and can no longer login.  His user name is Up2snuff.  Is there a password reset option for him?

Working on getting an answer.

 

In his profile it says "validating" so he may have to confirm the registration through an email he received but I am not positive. Have him check his email because I know a registration email IS sent, just unsure if it requires him to go to a link to confirm the registration.

He is telling me that he has registered many times but the email never arrives.

It arrives, he needs to check his spam folder. Every new member receives an email with rules.

Not that I am aware of.  It's a @bellsouth.net address. I asked him while ago to check his spam/junk filter.  Waiting on a response.
