Williams Fire Sights--feedback and opinions

Recommended Posts

Looking to upgrade the sights on my Shield. I really like the 3-dot system, but with age, mine not guns, I'd like something a little more visible. I like the VTacs on my M&P FS, but haven't found any for the Shield so far.

Don't really want to go with only a "Nite sight," I'd like the option to have a system that's easily seen in day or night use.

Not saying I'm set on the Williams Fire Sight, just looking for a little real world information on them.

Thanks for any input you might offer. Edited by hipower

I have Williams fire sights on almost all my rifles. My father in laws eye sight is getting worse and he did I a lot of research and found the fire sights to be the best. I tried it on his marlin and fell in love with the sights. I go to the factory in MI once a year and get at least one gun fitted and the plus side is the retail shop is awesome and they have a range.

Thanks, Lionsfan. That's the kind of thing I was interest in finding out. I've heard them mentioned, but have no experience with them.

Any other comments guys?

Even on something other than the Williams. Edited by hipower
