Something that isn't readily apparent from the link is that the mount the SB15 is attached to has a hinge that allows it to operate as a side-folder.:D Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Been lots of griping over unavailability of the MPX. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 2 of course it ate my spelling.
This. I do know they had ATF trouble on one of the models. They were using suppressor baffles pinned on to a barrel to make it the legal 16" and calling it a flash hider. Doesn't explain why the other models haven't been released

Yes I want one. And I want it in .40, I would prefer 9mm personally but my ammo cache is primarily .40 as that is what I carry on duty.

I am very interested in this. With all the trouble with MP5 clones, I have been lacking for a nice delayed action 9mm carbine to use as a suppressor host. I drive by that MPX billboard the Outpost has everyday and drool every time.

Sig sued the BATFE over their ruling of the "flash hider". I'm not surprised really. When I first saw it I thought "no way will this be legal" about that 16" version. I would just assume have the short barrel pistol version with an arm brace I think. Then I can just use the 3 lug attachment for my can.

I would also like a good 9mm host for my 9mm suppressor and this would be a good option.  I have been considering a 9mm AR, but I like me some Sig, so if they ever get these out, I will probably be in line.

From what I was told by a sig rep that ATF reversed their second ruling so the 16" baffle/muzzle brake will be legal.
