gallatin area ranges?

Just moved from clarksville to gallatin and need to find a place to shoot my 2 308 rifles. Pistol and skeet ranges would be great as well. I've seen the gallatin gun club website but it says it's met it's quota and not accepting new members...

Can you guys point me to something close? I'm sure I won't find something like the Montgomery County shooting complex here but it would be nice if there were such a place...

Make a friend who is a member at GGC. Its saturday events are open to the public

Sumner gun and supply is a good indoor range that allows 308's. I know its only 25 yards and indoors, but there isn't anywhere else to shoot near Gallatin unless your a GGC member or know someone with private land.

I was going to chime in about Sumner Gun but wasn’t sure of their caliber restrictions (if any).  Awfully good bunch of folks over there.  I am not a member at GGC but was told by a member that the membership is limited but it’s only probably 20% of the membership that uses the range on a regular basis.  Membership is so cheap folks just hold onto them like a PSL for the Titans.  That said you might check into getting on the wait list but I wouldn’t expect anything soon unless that situation has changed a lot in the last couple of years.  There’s also a TWRA range over in Antioch by Percy Priest.  Bit of a haul from G-town but probably not more so than Clarksville.  Every time I go to Clarksville from Gallatin I feel like I can’t get there, feels like you have to go to Nashville and turn right.  Welcome to the big city.
