Not really, as huge of a S&W fan as I am they have been pulling some stunts pissing off dealers especially LE firearm dealers. They were doing stuff like selling directly to agencies cheaper than what the LE dealers could. They were also continuously dropping their prices and dealers were getting stuck being upside down in their S&W inventory. The correct way to do that would have been to send out rebates so dealers could drop their inventory before the cheaper models came out. I hear Shields are less than $300 to dealers now and some are stuck with some the paid $350 to get to their door.
