Paid 1.899 yesterday in Covington. That was at Kroger, I get .10 off per gallong because I spend a butt load of money there each week. The real price of course is 1.999 or .03 off if you have a kroger card.

I was on dead empty and it cost me 37.50 to fill up. The most it cost me to fill up was 75.00 back at the end of July. Nice change, I hope it lasts, but I know it wont'.

$2.88 at the corner store this morning.

If this keeps up, the next time I fill up my truck, I'll be paying a full dollar less per gallon than the last tankful.

Yes, I'm vain enough to actually quote myself.

In this case, it's to continue to point out my amusement at the truck thing. The last time I filled the truck up, it cost me $3.75 a gallon. Right now, I've still got about half a tank of that left, primarily due to my proclivity to ride the motorcycle whenever the weather's halfway decent.

It's to the point now that my next tank in the truck is going to cost half of the last one.

:D

Just a little feint for a while.

Gas will be 5 bucks a gallon within 2 years, 10 bucks within 5.

Only thing that will prevent that is global depression where demand is low because most can't afford it at all. Which is a worse scenario.
