New member "from" Nashville

Hey guys and gals,

 

New member "from" Nashville. Joining the forum primarily to participate in/view the competitive shooting sub-forum. I'll be moving back to Nashville full-time in 12 months after separating from the Army. Looking to start shooting USPSA and IDPA in July or August of this year, both in TN and NC. I'm overseas at the moment and work out of NC when I'm back home. Interested in Production and SSD classes/divisions. I'd like to keep a little bit of trigger time after I separate and love a friendly competition. I carry a G19 overseas and a G26 or G17 back home.

I'm looking at attending the July 22th IDPA match at the Armory and the July 27th MCTS Outlaw Steel match, as long as both of those matches are still on when I get back. I'll be back in time for the Rainier Invitational but I feel that'd be too bold and I have other priorities on the 19th - the Music City Brewer's Fest. I've been shooting quite a bit overseas but there is a critical shortage of beer here. Looking forward to it.

 

When I sign up for USPSA, a SCSA membership is a part of that now, right?
