"Look at these two douche nozzles. They needed to be dragged outside and beaten with their own guns..." One of the reasons I don't really go to public ranges anymore - reminds me of the guy downrange hiding behind a tree cause some dip#### started firing while he was changing his target - never went there again Edited by Schadenfreude

I wonder if Tweedledum and Tweedledee aren't really anti gun shills?

I am beginning to believe a lot of this may be going on by anti gun groups just to help promote their agenda's. I do fine it hard to believe that these two individuals in this restaurant just up and decided this one their own. I mean neither one of them by their appearance would seem to be wound tight upstairs to begin with so the worse the individual appears to be the more help would go in the direction of the anti gun grabbers.............jmho

Fools like this really force an owner's hands.  I eat in Chipotle a couple of times a week.  At noon, the line in my local Chipotle in Brentwood is generally 30 people deep.  I would be willing to bet good money that  if Jabba the Hut and his fashionable friend walked in every day at the same time, their lunch sales would be down 30% in a week.

Heck, I run a gun forum and I'd consider heading for the door if these two walked in.  How are they going to sit and eat with those rifles hanging without muzzle sweeping someone at some point?  Duck boots over there may just ND when he trips over his laces. It's ridiculous.  They're all but forcing the owner to post to save his revenue stream.

This is the kind of stuff that is going to stop everyone from carry a firearm anywhere in this county.  If Tennessee would have let people to carry a firearm without a carry permit as long as they carried opened all doors would have been closed to us.  Stop the stupidity.

Back of the bus, back in the closet, cover it up, no one wants to see that...

Yeesh.

I get it that these doofuses were just looking for attention, and I certainly believe a business has the right to choose their clientele (from wedding cake bakers to restaurant chains)... But let's not lose focus on the fact that what we all want is acceptance of the individual right to bear arms, etc... So instead of generalized bashing (which accomplishes nothing), we should try to promote RESPONSIBLE activity whether seen or unseen by the general public.

These guys were dumb. Let's not react like idiots and stoop to the level of kissing in front of Chik-fil-a over Chipotle's reaction. Also, lets not throw everyone under the bus who doesn't always carry concealed, either; we're not all looking for attention or to make a scene.

I suppose we should all cover our NRA or other firearms related shirts/stickers too... Someone might feel threatened... C'mon people, there are ways to go about any style of carry responsibly, it just takes more common sense than the guys on the story had. Edited by molonlabetn

What makes you think that? That HAS been the law in Kentucky since I was a teenager (or longer). Never caused big problems there.

This isn't about responsible open carry. It's about Kwikrnu disease.

And Chipotle only posted after some open carry yahoos thought carrying AR's to eat would look cool.

:panic:  Those two yahoos in that report could not look "COOL" with or with out the weapons even if they were standing in a Blizzard condition snowstorm in upper Alaska wearing only their Fruit of the Looms on New Years Eve while being frozen so stiff a Polar bear wouldn't even attempt to dine on them..................jmho

I'll put it this way. If I owned a business, restaurant or other, and these two fools walked it, I would not so politely escort them to the door immediately. What gives you any indication that two people who look like that wouldn't fire those rifles, negligent or otherwise?

This will now be plastered on every anti gun website. The two bufoons are now poster children for the other side.  Way to go "richard heads"

Looking closely, I see you are right - those are rubber hunting boots.  I honest-to-goodness thought that the tan, upper part was his feet - I thought the doofus was wearing Crocs.  Not that the duck boots make him look any more sensible.

Me too. What do you do about jerks like this?

Try to reason with them. If that failed, then I'd tell them I didn't appreciate the black eye they were giving the rest of us and suggest they perform an impossible act on themselves.

And they're not simply carrying rifles. They're carrying rifles slung in front on their tacticool slings like they're in a combat zone.

They have to be plants. Perhaps even unwittingly. They look stupid enough for that.

This image has already been posted numerous times on the Chipotle Facebook page by the bed wetters.

Isn’t that Michael Moore on the left?

I think most of these idiots including our own local idiot are pro-gun control and doing everything they can to make it happen.

I agree.

Yet it begs the question... Is the problem the guys, or the rifles?
