Archery caddie

I've looked around for something to use as an arrow caddie and bow rest for my back yard. Ideally, I wanted something I didn't have to haul in and out every time I shoot. Also, I'd to be able to hang 2 bows up, for when my wife or daughter are shooting with me. I tried to order this one from Academy, because it's so cheap. It'd do the job, I think, but it looks a little unstable with such small feet/legs. It's a moot point, though, since it seems to be discontinued. u2udyvy6.jpg Then I ran across these 2 on eBay: ahaja8u5.jpge9atesa4.jpg The seller wants $5 for the plans, but it's so simple. I'm pretty sure I can figure it out. I've never used PVC, but it can't be too difficult. I have no clue how much PVC pipe costs. Anyone work with PVC that has a clue how much it would cost in materials and/or how difficult it'd be to make? Anyone ever run across a better idea for an arrow caddie that I can hang a bow on? Don't worry, it's GOT get better in 2016.

Looks like 2 or 2.5" PVC in the first pic. 8 t's 2 45 t's And probably 3 10' sticks of pipe. Total cost I would say around $30-40 at most. Probably cheaper. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD Edited by Dane

Thanks Dane, you were pretty close. I looked up the parts at HomeDepot.com. Assuming it's 2" pvc pipe, it looks like the 1st one will require 3 x 10' sections of PVC pipe, 2 wyes 8 tees, and 2 couplers,. That puts its cost at about $50 with a can of cement. The 2nd one requires 4 elbows, 4 tees, 1 wye, and 2 x 10' sections of the same cheap DWV pipe. Including a can of cement, it'll only run me $35 and I think I'll like it better than the 1st. Still hoping for more ideas, though. Don't worry, it's GOT get better in 2016.

PVC hold together pretty well without glue. This will let you tweak it for a while. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

The one with a single upright is the one I've decided to make. The ebay pics show it folded and collapsed, so I assumed at least the 2 connectors that would have to rotate must not be glued.
