 Anyone else have any dealings with AA-OK.com ?  It says on their web site that they are backed up about a week.

Which is fine. I'll give them the benefit of a doubt. I've had 3 things ordered with them since April 12th. It's getting close to 3 weeks

and they are still "Processing".  My emails have not been answered either. They say not to call and emails will be answered,

but believe I will tomorrow.

Just ranting a little I guess.

Jeez, just my luck. Luckily my order was only for 30 something bucks. Some on there got cheated for a lot more.

I guess I need to stay with trusted sources. I'm not through with them yet though.

Just an update. After almost 2 months now, I haven't gotten any replies from them at all and my order still shows "processing" like it has this whole time. Better Business Bureau was notified and they got no response from them also. Beware of this place.

Have you canceled charges with your bank? Probably the fastest way to get your money back.

Better file a dispute with your ccard. I think you only have 60 days.

I don't believe places are suppose to charge the card until shipping but that doesn't mean some business don't get it started early.

I would be contacting credit card either way.

There's no "supposed to" involved, it's merchant's call.

 

PSA charges immediately for example, even though ya know it's gonna be a 10 days to three weeks before hands on.
