Judging by the thesmokinggun mugshots, some areas apparently routinely arrest much better looking women than typical. Definitely better looking than typical chatt arrests.

 

One primo locality the mugshots are watermarked "ada county sheriffs office". As best I can tell, ada county is somewhere in idaho, so go figger. If these examples are the dregs, then ada county must have some good looking women.
