Trouble accessing TGO

After spending money yesterday that I probably shouldn't have, I'm pretty sure my girlfriend is somehow hindering my access to TGO. Accessing TGO today has been sporadic. The issue is happening with the mobile version and Tapatalk. I can't remember exactly how the error reads, but it's something like this: [#2000] You do not have permission to view this forum. Any idea what's causing this?

I've been getting this too! I thought I got banned during the great smashing of 2014. I'd get that message on tapatalk, mobile internet, and on my laptop. I almost shed a tear of joy when it started working again.

Same here. I'm on the desktop version now, but mobile version says "Sorry, you don't have permission for that!".

OK. I was sure my girlfriend was behind this. Thanks to people posting guns for sale, I am not her favorite person at the moment. :o

I don't know if it helps, but the reason I thought I was banned was because if I used Tor to mask my ip, I could get onto TGO just fine. I figured banning just blocks the addresses you've used, that's why using a proxy worked. I had no normal access all of Saturday, and occasionally yesterday and today I'd get the "you don't have permission" message.

Some of our banned accounts had been using hundreds of IP addresses.  If y'all have the ability and don't mind, next time it happens, note your external IP address and PM me with it.

For those that don't know, the easiest way to get this is to go whatismyipaddress.com. It will tell you the IP address the rest of the world sees for you.

We've actually had members ask us to ban them so they could get their lives back.

I'm guessing the internet didn't work out for them in the end.
