Powder in Memphis

Hit the show in Cordova today and was sorely disappointed. The guy there had 1lb of blue dot, and he would only sell it if I bought bullets and primers from him as well. Anyone know if any of the local shops have any power pistol, blue dot, or vv3n37? I'm going to hit sportsman's warehouse in Southhaven early next week and I'll post up their inventory after.

Sportsman's Warehouse in Southaven is about the best in this area as far as components.  Bass Pro doesn't have hardly any components and is overpriced.

A friend hit Avery yesterday. They had plenty of RL 17, along with a few lbs of titegroup, benchmark, retumbo, Lil 'gun, vv3n38 and a few others. Next time I'm out there I'll get a full list. Edited by div

+1 on Avery.  I've had good experiences with them. They are a little higher on powder than some other sources, but it's not too much higher. I think I paid about $23 for a lb of Unique a few weeks ago. I was just tickled to find it on the shelf. Their inventory seems to move pretty quickly, but I think they are somewhat a secret among some shooters locally.

I haven't been to Avery before, I'll have to check them out.  I got my last powder from Outpost Armory, south of Nashville.

Made it out to Avery today. Still don't have what I'm looking for, and the guys there were saying that powder seems to be drying up lately. If anyone is looking, here's what they've got: ede4a8an.jpgyvy7agag.jpg Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk
