Musicman don't feel like you're taking away from your mrs. We all need as much help as we can get.
Mrs. Is feeling much better today but we need to schedule more tests.

Tests are good... this list.... anxiety, and the amount of time ...  it is beyond anything I can think of.   Appendix/gallbladder been checked?

Gallbladder pains can be anything from light to severe( mine were awful), people present different symptoms. Have that checked...like tomorrow.

This is what popped in my mind. It's an easy test and easy fix, as far as I know:

 

 

 

A small drop in potassium level often does not cause symptoms. Or symptoms may be mild and include:

• Abnormal heart rhythms (dysrhythmias), especially in people with heart disease

• Feeling of skipped heart beats or palpitations

• Fatigue

• Muscle damage

• Muscle weakness or spasms

Update. My wife is feeling much better but we still have not found the culprit. We have all we can think of tested including all of your suggestions. It may sound gross but anyone know anythin about parasites? We have not tested, but I guess it's a possibility.

Been camping?  Drunk any purified water?  Giardia and Crytosporidium could cause similar symptoms.
