Quick PSA question

I got one of my shipments in today and on the on the order info/receipt it has one of my items crossed off. Does that mean that I wont get it and they will refund it or that it will take them longer to get it to me?

Can't say for sure, but from reading a lot of PSA threads, probably means for some reason it'll ship separately.

 

Does your account at PSA show any more info regarding that order? (probably not, they're not real keen on that)

What is the item? I've seen that before when I ordered an LPK and an upper the upper was crossed out with a pen on the invoice. It was because the upper was being built and shipped 2 weeks later. When they state that uppers will take 10-15 days to ship they aren't kidding. Occasionally it takes even longer but I've always gotten what I ordered, eventually.

It only says it was shipped. I have three tracking numbers and judging by the weight on them, one is an upper and the other I am not fully sure. One weights 7.30lbs and the other 2.60lbs. For my third upper and lower parts combo it is still saying processing.

Thats exactly whats on my invoice. The upper is marked off with a pen.

Yup, usually a separate shipment. Was it an upper?

Last time I made a larger order which had an upper and a bunch of other stuff, all the other stuff came in one box left on my doorstop. The upper was "signature required" and took me a couple more days to sync up with the UPS man and actually receive the thing.

I went ahead and signed up for UPS my choice and released the shipment that required an online signature. The strange thing is all these orders are maybe one day apart.

Yea, seems wasteful when it comes to shipping expense, huh?

I also wonder (but didn't keep the shipping boxes on hand to verify) if some shipments coms from different locations. I think PSA has 3 retail stores. I don't know to what level they interact with the online operations.

Thanks for the feedback. Ill wait and get one of the rifles built tomorrow and I will have to wait until their good graces sent me the other two.
