Nashville Armory IDPA Tuesday

Just curious if anyone is going to go? A buddy and I are going it sounds like. I searched and they used to post the COF, but haven't seen it yet. Anyone that has shot an IDPA event here, feel free to chime in and let me know your thoughts.

3 stages/39 rounds minimum.
Depends on # of shooters & how quick we move through stages, there may be 4th stage.
New shooters needs to be there 6:15.

What is the cost to shoot just the match?

It was $25. And I shot less than a box of ammo

I shot IDPA once before I moved to Nashville. Are the gear requirements basically the same? Gun, holster, 2-3 mags, mag carriers, cover garment? Do they ever set up any reactive targets? I work about a mile for NA so I am really excited about being able to take this up again.

Yes the gear is the same. I haven't seen any reactive targets here, but there is movement involved in most if not all stages. Check out their calendar on their website. I think the shoot IDPA every other Tuesday?

That and go to IDPA.com for all others. Seems to be s decent number of shoots this year. Gallatin Gun Club also has them regularly.

Matches are on 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month.
5th Tuesday is a classifier (if they decided to do so).
