What a deal! $25 boxes of 333 rounds when buying it in bulk!! To set your minds at ease, this is what the ammo "costed" when he bought it. Basically he bought it high and wants to sell it high.

Did my part and went on a flagging spree!  I guess as long as you pay, you can't get flagged on Armslist!

That vendor is in Oregon.....and here I've been only flagging the Tennessee douchebags this whole time.  Sounds like some of y'all are going nationwide.

You know you guys can’t fix stupid? This is the interweb, rip-off sellers and stupid buyers will find a way to get together. biggrin.gif

Any way to do this on Gunbroker?  There's lots of gouging on that site!

If you sign up on GB (it’s free) and log-in it’s real easy to search what has actually sold. Do we really want people that aren’t even buyers to start deciding what’s a fair price? Is this really even a problem?

I’m just wondering out loud about groups that would use it as an attempt at gun control.

Honestly I love seeing all of the little messages at the end of the posts. Things like someone messaged me calling me a turd, or gold has gone up and .22 is the new gold, I should be able to charge more!!! It makes me laugh and gives me hope that these a$$h@le$ well get stuck holding their millions of rounds.

Ha, that second one was deactivated by the seller, that's the first time I've ever seen that. Maybe we got through to one of them...

In case it gets removed, here is what it says, and I quote:

"2,110 rounds to be sold as one lot, will not sell individual boxes.
$250 FIRM.
* * * And here's a special message to all you mealy-mouthed WHINERS who complain about price gouging - how do you know what I paid for this ammo, or how much, if any, profit I'm making on it? You're welcome to e-mail me all you want, I get a kick out of reading your childish comments... Last time I checked, this was still America, where the law of supply and demand affects the price of everything from a gallon of gas to a gallon of milk, and an unemployed person is free to charge whatever he wishes for products and services rendered in order to put food on the table.
And here's a parting thought... back in 1999, when you could buy a brick of 500 22's at Wal Mart for around ten dollars, gold was selling for $250/oz. Would you begrudge a man who bought gold at that price then sold it when the price hit $1,900/oz a couple of years ago?
Know this - 22LR ammo has become like gold. As long as supply is limited, demand is high, and people hoard it, the price will continue to rise until the demand decreases."

End Quote

Sounds like one or all of yall have hit this dog in the pack sort of speak....
