Undercover Operation?

Metro PD has the same signs around the walmart and lowes in west Nashville (Charlotte Pike). They had the trailer with the cameras and the blue flashing light out there too sitting in the parking lot last week. One officer was in a marked Metro minivan.

Lets just hope the state never gets a budget for these :whistle:

 

Interview Response From Local Law Enforcement Administrator:  

 

     "Well, we're just so grateful for this program.  We could've never afforded this kind of equipment with the budget we have." (...reporter question... ) "What's that? Even though we do not currently have a use for this particular piece fo equipment, it is a vital next step for us in our operations and will certainly be an invaluable help to us in fulfilling our mission."
