My guess is it's simply a branded product. Smith & Wesson doesn't make knives... Taylor Brands makes knives with S&W logos on 'em.

SIG 124gr. JHP  Sig V-crown.  Looks a bit like my Federal HST's except the bullet isn't is cut as long down the bullet for the bullet leaves to peel back, and the bullet cavity on the Sig is a little bigger in diameter.
