By ants I mean rumors that will cause everybody to buy every last round on the shelf.

I hope it doesn't get crazier than it is but this comment stood out to me in the comments below the article:

Jim Bishop There's no assumption involved. Clermont PB is the second largest small arms propellant manufacturer in the world. You might not know the name because most if it is rebranded. Check your powder canisters and tell me what country the powder says it is manufactured in. If it says Belgium, you're using Clermont PB propellant, and possibly if it is manufactured in Germany. Many top ammunition manufacturers worldwide use them for factory ammo and for rebranded powder for reloading, including most European brands and many here in the U.S.

If it is a rumor then by all means please delete it. It was posted on another gun site and thought it might be important. I am not a reloader so do't know that much about powders. Back years ago when I reloaded shotgun shells I used Hercules Red dot is all I know about gun powders and that was 50 years ago.

Oh I have no clue.  I wasn't aware of what rugerla1 posted so my comment is irrelevant at this point.  If they do produce a large amount of powder then it could be an issue.
