At that price I'd sooner shoot spit balls or blow guns. That comes out to about $0.16 per round after tax, even more if you have to drive out of your way to get there. Crazy. I can reload 9mm for about $0.08 per round, and buy new 9mm for about $0.21 per round.

If this is the way EW helps it's customers with the 22 shortage you won't every see me in their store.

I'm not an employee of EW, or an advertiser.  I just was in there this morning looking for 9mm rounds and the guy told me they had this shipment coming in.  When I went back at 2:00, that is what I found.  I didn't buy any, and as I said, it's not a good price.  There are some that would pay that crazy price, but not me.  Guys, I was just sharing information on 22LR.  I'm new to this forum, but don't have a dog in any fight.

I wouldn't buy it at the price either. I don't shoot rimfire anymore anyway. When they sell it at todays prices, they can kiss my..............

I hope they choke on every last round and go out of business.  Even the gunshow douchebags only charge $50 bucks for it, assuming this is the Scorpion brand.  Regardless, if I am ever in that part of town I can guarantee you I will not be stopping by, and I love going to gun stores when travelling about the state.

TGO is a loyal, if skeptical bunch.  I can only say that I hope people have long memories of who their friends were when times got tough.

Of course, that's assuming something else doesn't happen and we talk to our grandchildren about 2014 like it was the good old days...

My post has been changed. But I will not set foot in their store.

Saw that too. Last I looked there weren't any bad comments. Must be quick to edit those out.

One blatant diss is there, let's see how long it lasts.

I appreciate the heads up from OP.

Having said that I won't be back in everything weapons. They can choke on the 2 pallets at that price.

Wonder why Brentwood/ Franklin can't have a good gun shop? Thank goodness for our local forum sponsors!

Kind of surprising. They usually have pretty decent ammo prices. I agree that this is gouging though. Not cool. I understand it's business, but don't alienate the customer base. Sent from my XT1060 using Tapatalk
