I have been playing with the laser engraver at work and these are my latest creation. What do you think?

Being that  Molon Labe is printed upside down send them to me and I wont tell anyone who made them. But I will tell them where they can get some made correctly. I will pay shipping.

It's a sideways pic lol, they are right-side-up in the holster. I can engrave grips if anyone wants them, and I plan to put some up for sale soon.

I was looking into doing my own but the only company I found that made the specific ones I needed was Ahrends, and they only take check by mail and there is a wait involved. Never worked for the schedule I'm on. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I have very specific grip sizes that no one seems to carry unfinished other than custom grip makers.  Compact model, but with an aftermarket beveled magwell, so I would need commander sized grips that are cut flat on the bottom, not tapered.  Ahrends was the only place I saw that did that and had a wide selection of grip material.

I have 9 sets of grips for full-size/commander models, but I get them from where ever I can find them. If anyone is interested in a set I am planning on selling them for $50/engraved set. The dimensions of the engravable surface are 3/4"x2 3/4". I will probably make a couple of the "Molon Labe" sets and I have a few other ideas I may try.

Stainless and RC3: the engraver won't etch metal, and I haven't tried to see what it will to a finish like cerakote, but experiments are planned for the future. The laser will engrave wood and plastic and the coatings of metals like nametags. I may soon be getting a better engraver that will work on metals. I will keep y'all posted.

tercel89: YHVH are 4 Hebrew letters called the Tetragrammaton. It is a representation of the name Yahovah or Jehovah. Hebrew has no vowels.

If you can get it to engrave metal, I want to be the first. And whats a the damage to engrave grips in the mean time? I may just go head and get the grips engraved.

Someone may want to correct my theology but I believe the old testament Jews took the commandments pretty seriously and were very careful about using the Lord's name, both in speech and text.

Gotthegoods: You are correct. The word LORD is an add in by later Christian replacing the name Yehovah with the titles Lord or God. The Hebrew language does not contain vowels, soit appears as YHVH or ×™×”וה  in the written Hebrew.( also Hebrew is read from right to left instead of left to right like in English)

I have a set of grips that I used to test a jig I built. I will let them go for $40 shipped. The say "Molon Labe" like the first set I made but they are on the dark walnut like the set I made for RC3. Let me know if anyone wants them.
