New Sar Arms B6P L or Compact

Picked up a new one this morning.

Took it to the range to test it out.

I did a fast cleaning and bore patch to it before shooting. Put one round in mag and fired. Then I filled a mag and fired as fast as possible to check function, worked flawlessly.

It has the same tight/short chamber as my CZ's so no problem with my reloads.

I put 15 13 round mags thru it (195 rounds) with no problem. The barrel got a little warm, could not touch it.

I used plated, jacketed and coated lead bullets all loaded to the warm side.

The recoil assembly is non-capture type and looks like my Witness-P 9mm, two springs, one inside the other and counter wound to each other (one left hand and one right).

Same things about this as about the full size, comes with only one mag and sights could be better but not any worst than some other major brands.

Looking at Bud's Gun Shop for extra mags.

Price before taxes and NICs was $240.93.

All In all not bad for the money!

Update on this pistol. In the last three outings the trigger pivot pin has tried to walk out the left side and the frame has bulged away from the right front slide guide.

Sent the pistol back to EAA Corp. today, $20 service fee to EAA and $75.86 to ship so it has become more expensive.

I have two of the full size pistols and have had no problems so I do not know if this is just a bad product or if it is related to the compact models.
