Scenario because I am not going to help promote this ridiculousness.

Two athletes, one who has an ill relative. The loser, loses and shakes the winners hand, shakes the ill relatives hand and tells the ill relative to keep fighting his illness.

Since when did something we used to "just do" rate International Headlines?

This stupidity is getting overblown and out of control. It is not "The advent of the Web". the Web has been around and commonly available to the public for nearly 23 years, today, to get any news at all you have to wade through tons of this stupid _____ first.

Ridiculous.

The news is getting tired of the politics so now they are writing about anything and everything just to fill space on their new pages. That is what boredom does to reporters after they get tired of SOS all the time.....................jmho

Any "human interest" story seems to get more air time now. I guess when  your used to lying and covering up the truth anything good and decent is news to you!                (pun intended)

It happens when TV/radio needs to drum up some drama for the ratings.

Shows like Springer and any other high drama type shows became crazy popular other shows are trying to cash in.

I don't want sports partly for that reason.  Although in full disclosure, I never was one to really watch sports.
