Buddy found nice shed in back yard

Recommended Posts

One of my huntin buddies had this laying in his back yard. It's gonna be like pullin teeth next year to get his rear end out of the house to hunt because he'll be waiting on this one to come back

I laid the tape measure out for reference.

I couldn't believe how heavy the base was, it had to have been a huge deer!

That's an awesome find...but when I read the title I thought to myself "Your buddy found a shed in his back yard that he didn't know about, what the heck?" Lol

LOL I guess it does sound like that when you read the title!

Well I read, BODY found in shed in my back yard...

Oops, sorry about the misleading title. I'm sure he'd rather have found the deers body than it's antler :)

 Nice shed. I've never found a "tool" shed in my back yard. At least one that I didn't know about.

Lol I'd change the title but I don't think I should now. Got some funny responses. I've found stuff in my shed I forgot I had, but like y'all I have never found a shed that I'd forgotten

Nice shed.

KahrMan, he looked the whole rest of the afternoon for the other half lol. I would have too, even though there is a huge chance it fell off days apart from this half and God knows where that happened. Be nice if he was able to get this deer next year. But if he does it from his back porch in his pajamas while stepping out for a smoke, I'm gonna kick him in the nuts after I unfreeze after coming out of the woods

I would do the same to him also.   It would be really cool if he could find the other shed.  It has to be around there somewhere.  Tell him to go look again.

I seen the biggest rack on a deer in my back field in the last four years two weeks ago. It was dusk so I couldn't make out how many points but, the rack was 2-3 times its head size.

I thought the bucks would have shed their antlers a couple of months ago? I believe around here they start growing them around June again?
