Well since he's dead I'd be willing to bet you're right. Kind hard to do anything once that happens.

The man's girlfriend says he had been drinking all day before the deadly accident.

There you have it.

Although that’s the 2nd one recently I have seen where someone put a gun to their head and pulled the trigger top prove it’s safe. Suicide made to appear to be an accident for insurance money?? Edited by DaveTN

That last comment reminded me of when Freddie Prinze killed himself back in the 70's. I remember when that ABC Special Report came on. Everyone was saying it was suicide because he was depressed and people were talking about how they couldnt believe he was depressed, he never seemed depressed and all that. Then sometime later his manager did an interview and said that he was in the room when Prinze shot himself, When the report first aired he said that he had heard a shot, turned around and Prinze fell off the couch. Then when Prinz'es wife sued for some reason or another it became an accident, and the manager changed his story that Prinze was twirling the gun around on his finger or something like that, and pointing it to his head and he heard a shot and turned around, Prinze was laying on the couch and he could see the look in his eyes like "What did I just do?" and of terror.
