Glocks are pieces of junk!

Made ya look. Just got this baby in today. My first and hopefully only Glock (I still want to get into JMB's heaven when I die). A lightly used Glock 20 in the Man-Killing 10MM. Bought it from an auction, but Mr. Mike (Phantom6) at ATF here in the Ridge was kind enough to do the transfer. I'm really looking forward to taking this thing to the range. I've got some Buffalo Bore to run through it, but will probably buy a bulk order from Georgia Arms after I make sure this is the one for me. Most Glocks that I've fondled are the compact and sub-compact variety and I never cared for them. But this big ol' beast actually feels almost great in my hand. I think I might begrudgingly like this.

LOL, reminds me of Ralphie's mom from "A Christmas Story". Congrats!!

Ralphie,- "Mom, I want an official Glock 35 tactical .40sw for Christmas."

Mrs. Parker,- "NO! Ralphie, I told you, You'll shoot your ass off!!"

Mr. Parker,- "No he won't "Shoot his ass off". Anybody seen my lamp??

I fondled a Glock 21 at Hero gear. I like that big ole beast. I need one of those to give my Glock 30 something to look forward to being when it grows up. I do like the way it feels in the hand. The wife says it's too big. I hear that alot. Not really. J/K:D I'm really not one of those guys that brags to make themselves feel better about their insecurity. (+ who can brag about that when we've all seen the pictures of Seaslug?)

Since you can't make the meet n shoots, maybe we could get together sometime like a Sunday and have a mini range party.

I think the next time the meet is in Oak Ridge/Norris I'm going to take the day off. I'd really like to come to one.

Gee, thanks for that. I almost made it a whole month without hearing about it. It was a photographic anomaly, damn it!!! Wind!!! Baggy trunks!!! I actually have an "innie"... :D

To Brandon, the G20 is going to be my next purchase, too. I love my G29 so much, I decided that I'd get its big brother to be a range gun. My plan is to possibly sell my G22, and then get conversion barrels in .40, 9x25 Dillon, and maybe .357 SIG for the G20. I'm really intrigued by the 9x25. Doubletap advertises 2100 fps/881 ft. lbs. from the 6" LWD barrel.
