30 Luger ammo question

Recommended Posts

Got a box of 50 rounds in the Remington green box with styrofoam carrier ..The box is tattered but end flaps are very worn to the point of almost falling off..Ammo is in good condition (Kleanbore Priming) ..What should I do with it? Tumble it in the vibrashine with cob media to polish it up or would the vibration/agitation damage the components or detonate the primer(s) ? Just leave the ammo alone or what?

I've polished old ammo by chucking the rounds in a cordless drill, applying a little metal polish to a rag and applying the rag to the spinning ammo.  It's time consuming, but what's time to an old retired guy?
