.22 available at Hixson Academy

Just an FYI. HIXSON Academy has 50 round boxes of. 22 Federal Champion for 2.69 per box. Came up with my 12 year old niece. Taking her to shoot her 22 tomorrow and didn't expect them to have any. Looks to be around 50 boxes left right now and again no one here for 22. 2 box limit and time now is 17:10

Odd, but a good sign. Academies never get Ammo in a Sunday shipment. WHich I suppose is why the manager may have missed it. We were there to pick up a second mag for her rifle. Counter guy asks if we want some .22 ammo? Sure.

Odd on that price. I got my two boxes of same today at the Brainerd Academy for $5 even out the door, $2.29 each.

 

First .22LR I've bought since before the election --  actually I think the first I've even seen in a brick and mortar at any price since then.
