Illegal Gun Shops in California

So it would seem illegal gun shops (Not "Illegal Gun" shops) are thriving in California. But that isnt why I think this is a story worth following.

Illegal Aliens running a gun shop selling full auto and unmarked AR's and other rifles and guns, and many more doing so throughout California.

The question is (And the reason I think worth following) will they be looked upon as "Undocumented immigrants" just trying to make it and being harassed by the Fed? Or will they have the book thrown at them as they should? If they were serious I think the charges, although very serious, would be a lot more serious. They may of course be holding off on other charges as they (Courts and Prosecutors) sometimes do.

For some reason I see a slap on the wrist coming. Illegal Alien + in business + In California = Slap. The AG doesn't care, he just told all State AG's to ignore certain laws.

If I'm a non citizen why am I worried about your laws. What's the worst that could happen? I'm not concerned with deportation or incarceration because I can overcome either of those challenges. What it will cause is strengthening of gun laws which will result in deportation or incarceration, but wait I'm a law breaking non citizens so I don't really care that it will only effect law abiding citizens.

If they can get bail, and they probably will; there won’t be a trial. They will go back to Mexico and the cartels will replace them with someone else.

Given the California police and media's propensity for outright lying, I wonder if these fellows actually were manufacturing or dealing.  Providing assistance to someone assembling a firearm from their own parts is no crime.  Allowing someone to use a drill press or milling machine is also no crime.

Even if they were actually manufacturing firearms, is anyone actually surprised?  It's not rocket science, you know.  Rifles, pistols, shotguns, and machine guns of all varieties have been made under some of the most oppressive gun control in history.  Sure, some of it is very crude.  But there have been some VERY sophisticated guns made under the most oppressive conditions imaginable.

In the US, try to imagine how many folks have basic machine tools suitable for firearms manufacture?  I'd be very surprised if the number isn't easily in the millions.

I have that ability right now, and it’s perfectly legal. However, if I do it for you it’s a crime and I go to prison.

It isnt legal to manufacture Full Auto weapons in your garage. It also isnt legal to manufacture rifles that are classified as  Assault Weapons in California, IN California. It also isnt legal for any illegal Alien to even OWN a gun in the US.

Could you manufacture an NFA gun legally? Sure. YOU COULD, with the proper paperwork. Like an FFL and a Class 1 SOT.  Doubt they had the proper paperwork. And you cannot legally manufacture  a Machine Gun for personal use even if you do have the paperwork.
