Guy is having sex with cow, the farmer couldn't figure out why they were acting strange so he set up a video camera in the barn and caught it on tape.

Now, my question is.. Are the charges to be dropped if he decides he wants to marry the cow? (He has a a constitutional right to marry who he wants now) and secondly, who are they going to force to make the wedding cake?

IF it were my cow, there would be a shotgun wedding!   That poor cow has no more self-esteem.

The other funny thing is that when I click on this, fox news starts putting up ads for Kohls and their plus sized womens dresses sales.

The worst part (For him) is that he actually committed a Registerable offense in NY. Penal Statute 130.20. Sexual Misconduct. (I had to look that up).

If convicted he will never get a job, ever. I can see him applying for a job.

Mr Fontaine, why did you have to register as a sex offender?

I was having sex with a Cow.

SIR, we do not hire people who talk of other people like that.

No, I was really having sex with a real Cow.

Double whammy.

I think the difference here is that the cow can't give legal consent to sex, which is what makes this a crime and in a different category than non-traditional marriage. I assume that was what your beef was with.

Since an animal such as a cow can't be mentally affected by sexual assualt like a human I can't see how they can charge sexual assualt, maybe animal abuse. May just be a moooot point.

Perhaps I worded that wrong as to put it on the same level as sexual abuse of a human being who is either not willing, or not at an age or mental capacity to give legal consent.  More I guess I was commenting on why it would be a crime, such as animal abuse, as well as why it wouldn't fall under the same category as gay marriage/plural marraige/polyamorous marriage since in all those instances we're dealing with legal, consenting parties.  Not to steer this off topic or herd others away from the issue.

Of course a human can't marry a cow, that's no bull, then again I don't see how they can charge him with any crime that he would have comitted against a human. Now if he comitted a lewd act while in view of the public that's a different story. Don't get me wrong, at the risk of sounding bovinaphobic I think sex with cows is wrong.

I think most states have a "bestiality" law. I know Ga does. Someone made news last year for rapeing a pit bull. I think that was in Atlanta...

Just can't win. Work hard. Go to church every sunday. Give to the poor. Help widows and orphans. Spend your life trying to be a good man.

And then WHAM! Get caught one time... Get caught JUST ONE TIME diddling a cow, and it is all for naught! Edited by Lester Weevils

The article says he was charged with Sexual Misconduct, II was also wondering why no Bestiality charge.
