New 10/22

Here is a "Ruger" 10/22 you won't see everyday. Rare green and pepper laminate Boyd's Tacticool stock, 2lb homemade trigger job, Whitetail Classic 6.5x20-50 scope, DNZ one-piece mount, Urban Rifle Supply 29" barrel chopped with a hacksaw to 18.5" & recrowned with valve grinding compound and a carriage bolt in a drill - .640 taper. I've got to get a sleeker scope on this one.

You really do build some of the classiest custom 10/22s I've ever seen. Ruger should be taking notes, IMO.

That's beautiful.  Makes me want to get another 10/22, not that I have time to shoot the ones I have now.

Really nice. Every time I see a nice 10/22 like this i think "I need to get another 10/22". Sold mine and shouldn't have.

Congrats on another great looking build. I give up. I'm just gonna watch from now on. I'm buying no more 22 pistols or rifles. Of course that don't mean I'll get rid of any either.

I've been gathering parts for a build and I'm down to a receiver and barrel. Decided on a Feddersen barrel but haven't purchased one yet. I found a real cheap stock, stock that will need reshaping for .920 barrel but would really like to find a deal on the Tacticool one of these days.
