That will do nothing for someone who NEEDS a replacement one day and that is their sole source of heat and they can't afford the new models.

I wouldn't say "all", but I see your point and agree with it.  Most of those hybrid owners probably have a 2-stroke leaf blower.

My whole thing is everyday when I look at the news it is something else. It is appearing to me that they are running out of things and it is like each day they sit around trying to figure out something to regulate. I seriously doubt when the Founders wrote Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness that they just forgot to add "so long as the you don't violate unfettered, out of control Federal Regulations"
