Three things.

 

Pierce says that audiences failed to connect with the show. He is wrong. We just dont like Pierce Morgan.

 

Jeff Zucker has been trying to find other ways to use him. Lie, A year ago Zucker said one of his first goals was to do away with Pierce Morgan on CNN.

 

Americans have a natural urge to turn to CNN for breaking news. I dont know who you Americans are, but I can say "Not me". I run right to the computer and look at the Forums and Topix at the location of whatever is going on. Including overseas. ON OCCASION Ill skim through the news channels. People with cell phones are better and faster at reporting the truth and the details than the Press. 

 

Again, Jeff Zucker has been trying to find a way to use Pierce Morgan. I know a way. They can resurrect an old show and he would OWN the Saturday 8-9 AM time slot.

Not that I care for this POS, but I look at him as being part of this tidal wave of a rabid leftist media blitz that has been going on the past few years (I know, it's been going on longer, but recently it has been over the top).  If anything, I get the feeling that him and people like him are doing more harm than good to their agenda, as middle of the road people are coming around and being pushed away by overt propaganda.  It's the subtle, sneaky propaganda we need to worry about.  I like my rabid socialists out in the open, where everyone can see them.  Not hiding behind careful use of "facts" or omission of facts.  The more shows like his, the better for us I think.  But yeah, I do enjoy seeing him get canned.

You make a pretty valid point. I prefer my bigots (whatever stripe they may be) to be out in the open so I can avoid them altogether.
