Hey everyone,

 

Just getting started here. I'm a software tester (tech geek), pro 2nd amendment and don't like to own any firearms that require babying or that I can't afford to shoot, except for those few special pieces that have been handed down. Currently my favorites are my Glock 17, Remington 870 and Remington 700 30-6. I was also drawn here by a google search for some EDC topics I was researching.

 

Other interests include digital privacy and liberty, online anonymity and encryption. I'm really just a geek, but I grew up in rural TN hunting and fishing, so hopefully, I'm not completely out of place here! I do really enjoy civil discussion about politics, history, psychology, technology, living off-the-grid and pretty much anything else that intersects with our modern lives.
