This is simply speculation. Last week Stockton stated he was drawing up Articles of Impeachment against Obama and Holder. The difference is this time he has support in the House and Senate as well as some Leftists and some in the Media. 

 

Holder "Working well into 2014" is not "working to the end of 2016", so I agree with the OP. Something is up and he is prepping for "No surprise, he already mentioned it months ago". 

 

Keep in mind that there is no such thing as "High Crimes". As interpreted by the SCOTUS more than once, the Founders language refers to simply "Crimes" committed by those in "HIGH Office".

 

Left, Right and Center are all now echoing the same thing. Obama has committed "Crimes" against the Constitution and the American People. bypassing Congress, changing law and making Law Arbitrarily, and what seem to be the thing that set ALL of them off was his comment during the recent interview of "That's why I like being President, I can do what I want".

 

I'm just sitting back and watching this play out at the moment, so I am only speculating on what I am seeing. But Obama has lost his support from the Black Community, and I am glad that they finally woke up, it took their cities going bankrupt, losing their jobs, reduction into benefits they paid into, disastrous healthcare law, and the threat of an influx of illegals being legalized and taking what jobs they may have left,  and a number of other things. But from all "appearances" the Black Community has FINALLY woken up. 

 

Clear as rain, Obama has lost his support from the Military Community, generally, Flag Rank retired officers are speaking out about the Destruction of the US Military, members of the Muslim Brotherhood in the Administration, and the high number of relief's of senior leadership.

 

The elections are coming, This Administration has attacked, blatantly, the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Amendment. Over and over violated the Commerce Clause, changed and created law by fiat, enacted law by fiat (Ordering the ICE Service to stop enforcing law in order to bypass the Congress to enact the DREAM Act which had already been voted down is one example) and simply ignoring and failing to enforce our laws and outright ordering Law Enforcement to ignore certain laws.

 

Other than his mouthpiece MSNBC, just about every news channel has stopped supporting Obama. He is out doing interview after interview, blatantly lying to the American people. he blatantly lied about his lies about Obamacare and took the American People for being just plain stupid.

 

This individual is on a sinking ship. That ship is the Democratic Party at the National Level. It appears to me Holder is about to jump off that Ship before he is forced to walk the plank.

 

Purely speculation, but if Stockton, who is now VERY well known for getting up and walking out of the State of the Union Address has the support he claimed, I think we might be seeing the first cracks and a coming showdown.

 

And American History in the making.

Rep. Steve Stockman -- said he's "considering it". Likely just a campaign statement, as he's trying unseat  Senator John Cornyn, also a Repbulican, in '14. Very dirty campaign underway there already. 'Course, any member of the House can "draw up the papers" any time, I guess.

 

I'd say that there really is a decent chance of impeachment if the Senate goes GOP this year, which I wouldn't have thought possible a year ago, but seems as if there's a 50/50 chance of that right now.

Yea, I misspelled it because I am not googling. And no, last week he stated that he "WAS" in the process of drawing up Articles, as well as having done an interview with the Western Center for Journalism, who reported on it.  

 

One other thing, it would be about the 45th time Articles were called for by some Congressman, none have been completely drawn up but the argument has come to the floor of the House at least once. I dont think Stockman is bluffing on this. 

 

And as mentioned, pure speculation of course, I wish I could be speculating on an outcome rather than a maybe they might do something, because no one has done a damned thing yet except talk.
