So who all owns a 300 Blackout AR?

I've got a bunch of parts in my midway and Brownells carts!

Does that count?

Seriously, I want one bad but I think I should wait until I'm setup for reloading first. The premade ammo is expensive and hard to find still. Once I'm crankin out ammo of my own I can't see one good reason not to have a 300. Except its not built yet and its already making me want to send ATF $200 to quiet it down. Edited by TrickyNicky

I am tempted, but I dont want to spend all that money on ammo right now. Might build one later. But I got a .308 to keep me busy for the time being.

I have half of one but i'm building mine piece by piece. Since the house will no longer be a huge chunk of taking my money away, I'll have some more money for whatever. But have to help dad out with his bills since i'm living here pretty cheap as it is.

I will have mine built hopefully by the end of the year though.

Between the two of us we might have one.

Just one pistol right now.  Have in for an SBR stamp so I can put a buttstock on it at some point.  Probably the only one I will have since I am really only interested in subsonic work with it to play with the suppressors.

I have a PWS that I have sent off papers to SBR.  I bought a 9 inch AAC and a 12 inch PWS that I can use on my ADCOR Bear SBR.  Still having a tough time finding 220 grain Remington.

Anyone buy a Model 7 Remington?

I have a Savage chambered in 300 Blackout. Personally I like Savages better than Remington.

On top of my AR I also have two Contenders chambered in 300 Whisper (I call it "300 Blackout match"), one has a 10" barrel and the other has a 14" barrel with a folding stock.

I cannot wait for my NFA paperwork to come back, should be here by the end of the month.

Like BN, I look forward to casting and rollin' my on.

I'm looking forward to further news and experiences with the blackout.

I have half a 16" one. All I need Is a gas block, gas tube, and some sorta hand guard. Well I guess all I have is an upper receiver and a barrel so half is questionable.

For me it was a no brainer, I wanted something on the AR-15 platform that I could hunt and target shoot, cast and reload for. There just was no better option, not even close in my opinion. I was already casting and loading my own, had plenty of .223 brass to convert so the only 3 things I had to buy differently than what I already had was a barrel, flash hider and projectiles. Combined with a 10rd Pmag and good hunting projectiles it served my perfectly in the woods this year. I ended up taking 5 deer and part of a hog (another member and I both got shots on it) so i'd say it proved itself.
